Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

Location: Pune

Experience Level: 7+ years

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Python, Node.js and JavaScript Framework such as React.js or Angular.js. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and deploying scalable applications and possess cloud certification from GCP, AWS or Azure.

Principal Responsibilities

• Lead the development of end-to-end web applications with an emphasis on performance, scalability and reliability.
• Design and implement APIs, services and complex business logic using Python and Node.js.
• Develop dynamic front‑end user interfaces using React.js or Angular.js
• Integrate and deploy solutions on cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure
• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and technical leadership.
• Collaborate with DevOps and cloud engineers to ensure smooth CI/CD pipeline implementation and cloud infrastructure management.
• Stay up to date with the latest development tools, technologies and best practices.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges.
• Write clean, maintainable and well‑documented code.
• Work with a team of software professionals to develop new functionality and correct software defects. Help maintain and support applications.
• Work closely with multiple teams to gather requirements, perform testing and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements (Skills)

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience as a Full Stack Engineer, working with Python, Node.js and JavaScript (React.js/Angular.js)
• Strong knowledge on front‑end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript ES6+
• Should have very strong understanding of Responsive Web Designing and Adaptive Web Designing
• Solid experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud services (GCP, AWS or Azure) and cloud certification from one or more of these platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, containerization and serverless architectures.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab or GitHub Actions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience with Agile development menthodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Should be experienced working in a Linux/UNIX environment and able to write Shell Scripts to perform automation tasks.
• Experience working with Server‑Side Rendering Frameworks in Nodejs example Next.js, Gatsby or in Python example Flask or Django would be a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud architecture certification (e.g. Google Cloud Professional Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and other container orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with modern build and automation tools such as Webpack, Babel etc.
• Knowledge on security best practices and performance optimization technique
