The role requires hands-on experience with Tower Cranes, Luffing Jib, Flat Top and Hammerhead cranes, strong electrical troubleshooting, and excellent site coordination with operators, riggers, and client teams.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of relevant experience in Tower Crane operations and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Tower Cranes / Luffing Jib / Flat Top / Hammerhead Cranes.
• Good knowledge of electrical control systems, panels, motors, drives, sensors, limit switches, and safety systems.
• Exposure to mechanical and hydraulic crane systems will be preferred.
• Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tower crane erection, commissioning, maintenance, climbing, shifting, and dismantling activities.
• Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning checks.
• Diagnose and coordinate rectification of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues.
• Troubleshoot crane electrical control systems, limit switches, safety devices, and control panels.
• Ensure proper functioning of safety systems (Load Moment Limiter, Overload Limiter, Height Limiter, Anti-Collision).
• Monitor preventive maintenance and breakdown activities to maximize uptime.
• Coordinate with operators, riggers, erection teams, project engineers, technicians, and client representatives.
• Coordinate climbing/height enhancement and shifting activities.
• Maintain inspection, maintenance, breakdown, and crane status reports.

Role Overview

• Support breakdown investigation and prepare basic root-cause analysis reports.
  

Requirements
