Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO International, Inc. is seeking a front-line sales support professional in Mumbai to create quotations against leads, process POs in CRM, and support the sales team.

The role involves calling customers for campaigns, generating opportunities, and ensuring timely collection of receivables as per MTIN guidelines, with collaboration across sales admin, logistics and ROEs.

Qualifications

• Science graduate. BSc/MSc/BE.
• 1-2 years experience in calling and back office work.
• Exposure to SAP CRM/ Salesforce would be an additional advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create quotations against assigned leads in CRM and share with sales representative.
• Responsible for local campaign calling to customers and generating opportunities for sales team for further follow up.
• PO processing in CRM and supporting team with operational tasks.
• Timely collection of receivables as per MTIN guidelines.
• Cross functional coordination between sales admin, commercial, logistics and ROEs
