Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is hiring for an AR/MIS analyst to drive collections and deliver MIS reports for IND and PI divisions. You will collaborate with regional sales teams, prepare data-driven presentations, and support the divisional head in reviews and strategic meetings.

The role requires 2-3 years of MIS and sales coordination experience, with strong MS Excel/Outlook skills and familiarity with SAP/CRM advantageous. Mumbai-based role with global exposure.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in preparing MIS and sales coordination.
• Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience of working with SAP/CRM would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive AR collection for IND+PI divisions by coordinating with Regional sales teams.
• Prepare AR MIS Reports for IND & PI Divisions.
• Support Divisional Head with data analysis from multiple sources and create presentations.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Responsibilities :
• Drive AR collection for IND+PI divisions by reviewing them regularly with Regional sales teams. Work with various stakeholders to ensure resolution of sticky AR issues.
• Sales and AR MIS Reports for IND & PI Divisions.
• Support Divisional Head with data analysis from different sources. Prepare presentations based upon data analysis.
• Help Divisional head Drive operational topics including but not limited to Reviews, Sales Meetings etc.

What You Need to Succeed

• Qualifications and Technical Skills:
• BCom/B. Sc., Diploma in engineering
• Overall and Specific Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in preparing MIS, sales coordination.
• Computer skills including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
• Experience of working with SAP/CRM would be an advantage
