Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 10+ years experience in Quantity Surveying / Construction.
• Strong expertise in BOQ, rate analysis, measurement, contract management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage BOQs for construction projects.
• Conduct site measurements and evaluate work for billing.
• Perform rate analysis, cost estimation and budget tracking.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
• Review and negotiate claims, variations and additional works.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts and project cost updates.

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. – Civil Engineering Mandatory

Age: Up to 30 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in BOQ, rate analysis, measurement, contract management and project cost control . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with MS Excel, AutoCAD and Primavera .
