Hiring Process Trainer for AR.

The role of a Process Trainer is to deliver effective training programs that enhance employee knowledge, improve performance, and help achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) batches as assigned.
• Manage batch MIS, including attendance, test scores, D2R tracker, batch summaries, and related reports.
• Identify and manage issues arising during NHT and elevate them appropriately when required.
• Conduct refresher training and cross-training sessions based on operational requirements.
• Deliver refresher training based on error analysis and quality reports.
• Track post-training performance scores to measure and demonstrate improvement.
• Develop in-depth expertise in the Accounts Receivable (AR) process and serve as a process Trainer, providing support, guidance, and process-related knowledge to the team.
• Conduct Process Knowledge Tests (PKTs) on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare and publish the monthly newsletter.
• Conduct webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance process awareness and learning.

Required Skills:

• Should be process Trainer in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing processes, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with proven training delivery capabilities.
• Should be proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Should be willing to work in flexible shifts as per business requirements.
• Should have 2 to 4 years of experience in the Accounts Receivable (AR) domain
