Job description

Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) with 9+ years of experience in delivering scalable, high-performance enterprise applications on the Pega Platform (v24.x). Proven ability to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions with experience in Application Development and Design, which also includes deployment, integrations, maintenance, and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities/List of Activities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Pega applications aligned with business requirements.
• Implement case management workflows using Pega best practices and guardrails.
• Develop Proof of Concepts(POCs) to validate requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
• Enhance application performance through continuous optimization and tuning.
• Develop integrations using Connect-REST (including JSON and multipart/form-data with secure authentication).
• Create and manage data pages, data transforms, data models, Job Schedulers and SLAs.
• Develop and optimize report definitions and data exports (CSV handling) using Repository.
• Manage application deployment and develop shell scripts using Gitlab.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues using Tracer, Clipboard, and logs.
• Ensure application scalability, maintainability and perform Upgrades(Pega Upgrade, Tomcat Upgrade, OpenJDK Upgrade etc).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and delivery.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team members.
• Participate in key meetings with client including requirement gatherings, refinement sessions, and application training for end users.
