Job summary

Mettler Toledo is seeking a Senior professional to lead organization-wide learning and talent initiatives. The role focuses on designing and delivering scalable learning programs, collaborating with Unit HRBPs and business leaders to drive a future-ready workforce.

You will manage content development, facilitation and the deployment of modern learning methodologies across MT India's units, while tracking impact and continuously improving interventions.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of progressive experience in Learning & Talent Management.
• Graduate in any discipline with a full-time MBA in Human Resources.
• Experience in designing and deploying learning and talent initiatives in a multi-unit/global environment.
• Experience working with digital learning tools and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver organization-wide learning and talent initiatives to foster a continuous learning and high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across MT India units to align learning with business needs.
• Develop annual learning plans with Unit HRBPs and implement high-quality learning content across behavioral, HR, functional and managerial themes.
• Facilitate key programs; identify external vendors; design blended learning journeys and measure effectiveness.
• Track learning metrics and continuously improve approaches, processes and methods.
• Organize and facilitate New Hire Onboarding to ensure smooth settling-in for new joinees.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, development and delivery of organization wide learning and talent initiatives to foster a continuous learning and high-performance culture thereby building a future ready workforce.
• The role will involve collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels across all Units of Mettler Toledo India and interacting with a diverse group of individuals to ensure the achievement of individual, functional and organizational goals.
• Learning & Development Work closely with all Units to understand the learning requirements aligned to business needs. Develop annual learning plans in association with Unit HRBPs and ensure implementation of the same. Develop high quality learning content across behavioral, HR functional and managerial themes. Facilitate key programmes and interventions Identify external vendors for program facilitation, support in program design to ensure alignment to organizational needs Identify and deploy modern learning methodologies, develop blended learning journeys to scale learning and measure effectiveness. Track key learning metrics. Monitoring and evaluation of both structured and informal training methods used, making continuous improvements in the approach, process and methods as appropriate. Organizing and facilitating the New Hire Onboarding program to enable easy settling‑in of new joinees. Maintaining a keen understanding of learning & development trends, developments and best practices.
• Talent Management:
• Coordinate the talent review process in coordination with HRBPs and Business Leaders
• Develop and deploy frameworks for development of emerging and high potential talent including but not limited to action learning, psychometric assessments, mentoring/ coaching frameworks, etc.
• Support Units for development and deployment of career progression frameworks
• Track key talent metrics - readiness, movement and retention
• Work with HRBPs to enhance manager capability for effective performance and development conversations.
• Organization Development
• Lead the Great Place to Work survey implementation across Units
• Ensure action plans are in place and review implementation of the same
• Support any other change management and organizational capability initiatives from time to time

What You Need to Succeed

• 12 - 15 years of progressive experience in the Learning & Talent Management
• Strong experience in content development and facilitation
• Graduate in any discipline with full time MBA in Human Resources
• Experience in designing and deploying learning and talent initiatives in a multi‑unit setup.
• Should have managed a team of 1 - 2 direct reports. Currently this is an individual contributor role.
• Must have experience working on digital tools for learning. Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning development systems, tools and resources. Experience working in a matrix environment with global organizations is desired.
