Job summary

Aditya Birla World Academy in Mumbai seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead its IT infrastructure, service delivery, security, and technology operations. The role requires overseeing service desk, networks, servers, AD, and end-to-end projects to support school operations.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in IT/IT support in educational or corporate environments, with a relevant degree and security/comms certifications.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in IT/IT support, preferably in a school, university or corporate environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
• ITIL, CCNA, MCSE/MCSA, AWS or IT security certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• IT Service Desk and ITIL-based support.
• Management of IT infrastructure – networks, Wi‑Fi, servers, hardware & software.
• IT security, firewall, endpoint security and policies.
• GSuite / Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration.
• IT asset, inventory, budget and vendor management.
• Disaster Recovery, data backup and server management.
• End-to-end IT project management.
• School management and academic software administration.
• Data & document management and IT audit support.
• Stakeholder management across students, staff, parents and management.
• Identify and recommend new technology solutions and upgrades.
