Job summary

Lennox India Technology Centre (LITC) is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to design and develop advanced refrigeration and HVAC systems for data centers. You will apply expertise in CO transcritical cooling to deliver energy-efficient solutions.

The role involves thermal load calculations, equipment sizing, and system layout planning, with collaboration across electrical, manufacturing, and field service teams. Strong analytical skills and CAD proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in refrigeration or HVAC system design.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities relevant to mechanical design.
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems is a plus.
• CAD certifications are advantageous (SolidEdge, Creo or similar).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced refrigeration and HVAC systems for data centers.
• Apply CO transcritical system expertise to deliver efficient cooling solutions.
• Perform thermal load calculations, equipment sizing, and layout planning.
