Job summary

Movate Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large team and drive delivery across complex mapping projects.

You will oversee hiring, training, mentoring, performance reviews and coordination with functional managers to ensure service delivery, risk and SLA management.

The role requires strong leadership, change management and superb stakeholder engagement to meet project goals in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, mentoring, and reviewing performance

• Project planning and delivery management
• Manage Team managers, Team Leads and troubleshoot issues

Location- Hyderabad

Notice Period- Immediate to 30 Days

Shifts- Rotational Shifts, Rotational Week off

Budget- 18 LPA (including 15% Variable Pay)
