Movate Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a Program Manager (GIS Mapping, POI, Navigation) to lead large, multi-project initiatives and drive mapping analytics with a senior, cross‑functional team.

You will oversee hiring, mentoring, performance reviews, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence, ensuring SLA adherence and timely project progress. Immediate joiners preferred; 30‑day join window; WFO in Nanakramguda.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in GIS mapping, POI mapping & Navigation projects.
• Strong experience in mapping analytics.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead large teams to meet project goals.
• Recommend improvements to mapping processes.
• Oversee hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with functional managers for smooth project execution.
• Drive service delivery performance and SLA adherence.
• Manage risks, escalations and stakeholder interactions.
• Ensure timely inputs on project progress and team performance.
• Review quality metrics and coordinate client resolutions.

• Minimum 12+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in Handling Multiple Projects within the GIS Mapping, POI Mapping & Navigation projects
• Strong experience on Mapping analytics.
