AM Infoweb in Pune is hiring for a Medical Records Retrieval Associate to handle calls with healthcare facilities and retrieve records. You will verify data accuracy, document interactions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Strong English communication and quick adaptation are essential.

Qualifications include graduation or current final semester status and basic medical terminology knowledge; training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred but not mandatory.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of medical records to clients.
