This position offers a CTC of 33,000–39,000 INR plus 5,000 travel allowance, with 5 days of work per week and work from office in Jaipur. Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome; prior international voice process experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers professionally
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests with a solution-oriented approach
• Maintain high-quality communication standards as per international process guidelines
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (quality, AHT, CSAT)
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Required Skills:

• High-end fluency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong listening and problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Willingness to work in rotational/international shifts
