Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a highly skilled Citrix & Azure Administrator to manage CVAD and Azure cloud infrastructure in a hybrid environment. The role covers administration, troubleshooting, optimization, and support across Citrix components, Windows Server, and Azure services.

The ideal candidate will implement automation with PowerShell and Azure CLI, while ensuring security and governance in a hybrid setup using IaC pipelines with Azure DevOps, Terraform, ARM templates, and Bicep.

Qualifications

• Experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) administration.
• Strong Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure experience.
• Windows Server administration (2012/2016/2019/2022) and AD/DNS/DHCP.
• Familiar with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident/change management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support CVAD, XenApp/XenDesktop, and Citrix Workspace.
• Manage Citrix StoreFront, Director, Studio, PVS, MCS, WEM, and Profile Management.
• Configure Citrix ADC and NetScaler Gateway; publish apps and provision desktops.
• Maintain Azure services including backup, ASR, and site recovery; IaC practices.
• Monitor performance, security, and governance in Azure and hybrid cloud.
• Work with Azure DevOps, Terraform, ARM, and Bicep to support CI/CD.
• Handle incident, change, and problem management per ITIL.

We are seeking a highly skilled Citrix & Azure Administrator with strong experience in managing Citrix Virtualization environments and Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administration, troubleshooting, optimization, and support of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Azure services, Windows Server environments, and hybrid cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Citrix Administration :

• Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix Workspace environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Citrix StoreFront, Director, Studio, PVS, MCS, WEM, and Profile Management.
• Configure and maintain Citrix ADC (NetScaler) and NetScaler Gateway.
• Perform application publishing, desktop provisioning, and image management.
• Implement and support Citrix Cloud solutions and App Layering.
• Monitor and optimize Citrix infrastructure performance, availability, and user experience.
• Manage and support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain Azure Backup, Recovery Services Vault, Azure Site Recovery (ASR), and Azure Automation.
• Manage hybrid cloud connectivity using VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Azure Arc, and Azure AD Connect.
• Implement and maintain security, governance, and compliance controls within Azure.

Infrastructure & Security:

• Administer Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Support VMware vSphere/ESXi and Hyper‑V virtualization environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot MFA solutions including DUO and Azure MFA.
• Perform GPO troubleshooting and endpoint management using SCCM/MECM.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Handle incident, change, and problem management processes aligned with ITIL Framework.

DevOps & Automation:

• Work with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, ARM Templates, and Bicep.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation initiatives.

Preferred Certifications:
