Job summary

Starworth Global Solutions in India is hiring an AR Caller / Senior AR Caller (Hospital Billing) to support US healthcare voice processes. Location is Office-based in Chennai or Hyderabad, with immediate joiners preferred.

Requirements include 1–5 years in AR calling, denial management, and hospital billing. EPIC experience is a plus, and PF account knowledge is mandatory for this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in AR calling (Voice) with denial management.
• Experience in AR calling in hospital billing.
• EPIC experience is an added advantage.
• PF account knowledge is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle AR calling for US healthcare voice processes.
• Perform denial management and end-to-end claim resolution.
• Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate hospital billing.
