Job summary

Zensar Technologies in India is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) specialist to design and deploy end-to-end AEP solutions that unify and activate customer data. You will develop XDM schemas, datasets, identities and Real-Time Customer Profiles; configure RT-CDP integrations; and build ingestion pipelines from diverse sources.

• Design and implement Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions for data unification and activation.
• Develop XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and Real-Time Customer Profiles.
• Configure RT-CDP, Audience Manager, and Journey Optimizer integrations.
• Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines from various data sources into AEP.
• Implement customer segmentation, audience activation, and personalization use cases.
• Integrate Adobe Experience Cloud products with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to understand business requirements.
• Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, and compliance standards are adhered to.
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues related to data flows and customer profiles.
• Support end-to-end deployment and maintenance of Adobe Experience Platform solutions
