The role involves processing payments to vendors, reconciling liabilities with the accounting team, and generating MIS reports on payments. The candidate should have strong understanding of debt terms and vendor relations, contributing to accurate cash forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly and annual cash flow for the group.
• Ensure timely payment requests from departments per the business plan.
• Prepare and process payment requests to vendors after lender approval.
• Evaluate payables and liaise with accounting to ensure correct liabilities.
• Provide clarity to departments on cash outflows of commitments.
• Ensure compliance with debt terms and manage lender relationships.
• Forecast short- and long-term cash requirements.
• Generate MIS reports on payments processing.

1. i. Monitor Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly and Annual Cash flow of the group
2. ii. Ensure timely requests are received from various department as per agreed business plan
3. iii. Generate and process payment requests with lender for approval and payment to vendor
4. iv. Evaluate actual payable and liaison with accounting department on ensuring correct liability due.
5. v. Clarity to the department on the outflow of respective operational commitments.
6. vi. Ensure compliance with Debt terms and manage relationship with lenders/ agencies
7. vii. Forecast short-term and long-term cash requirements
8. viii. Generate MIS/ Reports on payments processing.
