2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive expansion in Punjab by building strong relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other trade partners.

The role requires daily site visits, regular on-site presence at retail outlets, and weekly shop meetings to promote product adoption and achieve targets. Fresh graduates or professionals from insurance or banking sectors with sales aptitude are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Valid two-wheeler license is mandatory.
• 6–12 months of experience in channel sales (e.g., AP/Akzo, Laminates, Plywood, Electricals, Lubricants).
• Fresh graduates or professionals from insurance or banking sectors with demonstrated sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct a minimum of two site visits per day to identify opportunities and support customer needs.
• Dedicate at least two hours daily to on-site presence at assigned retail stores to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Organize and lead weekly shop meetings with applicators to promote product adoption and team alignment.
• Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports through the designated online portal.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.

Summary:

The Field Sales Executive plays a vital role in driving business expansion within the paint-chemical industry by cultivating strong, lasting relationships with key trade partners including painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers. This position demands consistent performance, proactive engagement, and a hands-on approach to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will conduct daily site visits, maintain a strong presence at assigned retail outlets, organize shop meetings, and ensure accurate reporting—all contributing to enhanced market penetration and brand visibility. With a focus on customer-centric strategies and performance excellence, this role is essential to sustaining growth and strengthening market position across the assigned territories.

Experience: 1-6 years

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
  
• Salary - 18K to 22K
  
• Conduct a minimum of two site visits per day to identify new opportunities and support customer needs.
  
• Dedicate at least two hours daily to on-site presence at assigned retail stores to drive sales and customer engagement.
  
• Organize and lead weekly shop meetings with applicators to promote product adoption and team alignment.
  
• Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports through the designated online portal.

Requirements

• Valid two-wheeler license is mandatory for field operations.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships.
  
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly driven by performance goals.
  
• 6 months to 12 months of experience in channel sales (e.g., AP/Akzo, Laminates, Plywood, Electricals, Lubricants).
  
• Fresh graduates or professionals from insurance or banking sectors with demonstrated sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
  
• Net Take Home: 18k to 23k (Negotiable)
