Aram Hiring Solutions invites a seasoned professional to lead operations for our healthcare RCM practice in Chennai. The Executive Director Operations will drive large-scale teams, client delivery, and strategic initiatives across locations and engagements.

The role requires 18+ years in Healthcare RCM, hands-on home health RCM experience, and proven P&L management, with a focus on process excellence, denial management, and revenue optimization.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in Healthcare RCM.
• Hands-on Home Health RCM required.
• Experience in AR, Denials, Appeals, and Revenue Optimization.
• 2+ years in Director-level or above leadership.
• Experience leading large teams and multi-client engagements.
• Exposure to P&L management and operational transformation.

Responsibilities
