Qualifications

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate must have strong hands‑on experience with Amazon Ads, marketplace advertising, Excel, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations across Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads / PPC campaigns to improve sales and ROAS.
• Manage marketplace advertising campaigns and monitor their performance.
• Analyze advertising spend, sales, ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and other key metrics.
• Maintain and optimize product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• Handle sales, payment, and marketplace reconciliation on a regular basis.
• Identify discrepancies in orders, returns, deductions, commissions, and marketplace payments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate Excel reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, and marketplace trends.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, advertising, inventory, and profitability.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in e‑commerce / marketplace operations.
• Must have hands‑on knowledge of Amazon Ads/PPC and marketplace advertising.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace platforms.
• Excellent Excel skills — Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, filters, data analysis, and reporting.
• Good understanding of marketplace reconciliation and payment reports.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
