You will manage multiple project engagements, drive 24x7 application support delivery, and mentor delivery teams while ensuring CSAT and service improvements through effective governance.

Qualifications

• 18–20 years of experience in Application Support/Delivery Management.
• Strong exposure to Banking & Financial Services customers.
• Understanding of OS, Middleware, and Database environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
• Experience in client relationship management & governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project engagements and customer accounts.
• Drive 24x7 Application Support delivery with effective shift planning.
• Coordinate with SDLs, Support Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management).
• Lead governance, CSAT, and service improvement initiatives.
• Conduct ticket trend, backlog, and ageing analyses.
• Lead client governance meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure proper documentation (SOPs, Runbooks, KEDB).
• Support team mentoring, staffing, and delivery management.
