We are not looking for general translators, freelancers, or casual language enthusiasts. We are seeking the top 1% of Arabic language and cultural experts who bring deep intellectual, linguistic, and contextual understanding to help train advanced AI systems.

You should meet most or all of the following:

• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic (reading and writing)
• Strong command of English (for prompt interpretation and evaluation)
• Deep academic, professional, or research expertise in Arabic language and its contexts, including Classical and Modern Standard Arabic, linguistics, literature, regional dialects, rhetoric and discourse, translation studies, and cultural, historical, or religious texts.
• PhD, MPhil, or Master’s degree preferred; credible, extensive professional experience in academia, research, education, or linguistic fields will also be considered
• High sensitivity to nuance, tone, register, and cultural context in Arabic usage
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.

Your Role

• Design advanced, linguistically rich prompts in Arabic that challenge state-of-the-art AI models
• Evaluate AI outputs for linguistic accuracy, fluency, tone, and cultural appropriateness
• Identify blind spots where AI misinterprets meaning, dialect, register, or cultural nuance
• Contribute examples grounded in real Arabic language use across formal and cultural contexts
• Collaborate with a global expert network shaping how AI understands world languages and cultures
