Qube Cinema in Mumbai is looking for a Hindi Full-Time Editor to create, edit, review, and quality-check Hindi subtitles and AD/CC for Movies & OTT content, ensuring grammar, timing, and style align with our standards.

The role requires native or near-native Hindi reading/writing, strong English, 1–2 years in localization or subtitling, and readiness for night shifts from the Mumbai office. You will own projects, meet delivery timelines, and coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in reading and writing Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong English language proficiency is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content editing, subtitling, captioning, localization, or a related field is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and review Hindi subtitles and AD/CC content.
• Perform linguistic and technical quality checks on assigned projects.
• Ensure consistency with client-specific style guides and company quality standards.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure files are delivered accurately and on time to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliveries.
• Deliver projects within defined turnaround times while maintaining high accuracy.
• Handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

We’re expanding our Localization team and are looking for a Hindi Full-Time Editor to join our Night Shift team, working on Movies & OTT content for global audiences.

Role Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, reviewing, and quality-checking Hindi subtitles and AD/CC (Audio Description & Closed Captions), ensuring all content meets company standards for grammar, spelling, punctuation, accuracy, timing, and style consistency. The role also requires taking ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery of completed files, and coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to meet delivery timelines.
