Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead to lead a team of 89 Software Development Engineers and take ownership of end-to-end product development and delivery. The role combines technical leadership, people management, client interaction, project execution, and project expansion.

The Team Lead will be responsible for translating client and business requirements into scalable technical solutions, guiding the engineering team through the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, and building strong client relationships. The role will also contribute to identifying opportunities for project expansion, new features, and additional business engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–9 software engineers, ensuring productivity and technical growth.
• Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and release management.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions, tasks, and development plans.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code/design reviews, and help resolve complex engineering issues.
• Interact directly with clients for requirement discussions, technical reviews, demos, and project updates.
• Identify opportunities for project expansion, new features, automation, and additional technical initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in code quality, development processes, team productivity, and product reliability.
• Support technical estimations, POCs, proposals, hiring, and resource planning as required.

Education & Experience

1. Experience: Skilled (8-10years)

2. Qualification: B.Tech – CSE

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in at least one programming language such as Java, C#, C++, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, OOP, design patterns, and scalable application development.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, databases, and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and modern software development practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, or Kubernetes is preferred.
• Good understanding of software testing, debugging, performance optimization, and production support.
• Ability to perform technical design reviews, code reviews, estimations, and architecture discussions.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database design; knowledge of NoSQL is a plus.
• Exposure to AI/ML, cloud-native technologies, or modern application frameworks is an added advantage.
