Alpha Revival Protocol in Delhi is seeking a high‑performing sales closer to join our in‑office team. You will handle 5–7 booked consultation calls daily, follow our proven sales process, and drive uncapped commissions by closing high‑ticket programs for men seeking health solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of closing experience (high-ticket or high-transaction sales).
• Self-sufficient and able to properly manage your own time.

• Comfortable discussing men's health topics with maturity.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Take 5–7 booked consultation calls per day, 6 days per week.
• Follow our proven sales process on every call.
• Diagnose the prospect's situation using our framework.
• Recommend the appropriate program confidently and ethically.
• Update CRM dispositions and notes on the same day.
• Manage your follow-ups properly and consistently.
• Report daily on calls taken, shows, closes, and cash collected.
• Hit your monthly cash collection targets.
• Be a team player and contribute to the growth of the team.

What We Expect From You:

Requirements

• 1–2 years of closing experience (high-ticket or high-transaction sales preferred).(B2B or B2C)
• Self-sufficient and able to properly manage your own time.
• Open to learning and following proven sales processes.
• Exceptional over the phone (this is non-negotiable).
• Comfortable discussing men's health topics with maturity and zero judgment.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• High ownership and accountability.

Location

In-Office, South Delhi - India (relocation support available for top performers).

Compensation

You will have Uncapped Commission at 7.5% of Cash Collection and gets higher above certain tiers of cash collection Upto 15%

And if you would prefer a base, we do offer attractive annual packages for the same with a change in uncapped commissions
