Responsibilities

• Head Track Coach responsibilities include supporting and promoting the school's mission and vision; providing leadership in the football program and building cooperative relationships with stakeholders; effective communication, organization, and motivation; promoting the program's philosophy, techniques, strategies, and style for a cohesive student-athlete program; modeling appropriate conduct and taking responsibility for all members of the football program; completing tasks and leading football activities in and out of season.

The Head Coach

• supports and promotes the school's mission and vision.
• provides leadership in the football program and builds cooperative, effective relationships with all stakeholders.
• is an effective communicator, organized and is a positive motivator, devoting time and energy to the program.
• helps to promote the program's philosophy, techniques, strategies, and style at all levels in order to have a cohesive program for student-athletes.
• models, encourages, and teaches appropriate conduct from all participants and takes responsibilities for all members of the football program.
• completes tasks and duties as assigned and is available to assist with and lead football activities in season and out of season.
