Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• System support and maintenance for HFM, ensuring high availability, data loads, metadata updates, and health checks.
• Financial consolidation and reporting support, managing HFM rules and ensuring data integrity.
• Troubleshoot HFM issues, data integrity problems, process failures, and user access problems.
• Manage FDMEE integrations with source systems and maintain DRM hierarchies.
• Design and support financial reports with HFM and help users with Smart View.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and test plans.
• Assist with patches and minor enhancements in the HFM environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Proficiency in writing, debugging, and optimizing HFM calculation rules.

• Hands-on experience with tools like FDMEE, ODI, or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data management and troubleshooting.
• Experience with HFM, Essbase, Smart View, and Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR).
• Knowledge of Essbase (ASO/BSO), MaxL scripting, and performance tuning.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• System Support & Maintenance: Provide daily support for HFM, ensuring high availability and performance, handling data loads, metadata updates, and system health checks.
• Financial Consolidation & Reporting: Support finance teams with budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes, including managing HFM rules and ensuring data integrity.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve HFM-related issues, such as data integrity problems, process failures, and user access issues.
• Integration & Data Management: Manage FDMEE (or other data management tools) integrations with source systems (like ERPs) and maintain hierarchies in Data Relationship Management (DRM).
• Reporting & User Support: Design and maintain financial reports using HFM, along with supporting users with Smart View for data retrieval and analysis.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, test plans, support logs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Application Enhancements: Assist with minor enhancements and the application of patches to the HFM environment.
