Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks a seasoned HFM specialist to drive the design, implementation, and support of Hyperion-based financial solutions.

You will optimize calculation rules, manage metadata, and integrate FDMEE/ODI workflows while ensuring accurate planning, forecasting, and consolidation across systems. The ideal candidate combines strong SQL/PLSQL skills with hands-on experience in HFM, Essbase, Smart View, and HFR, plus a track record of performance tuning and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• HFM implementation or support with extensive domain expertise.
• Deep understanding of HFM architecture, features, and metadata management.
• Proficiency in writing, debugging, and optimizing HFM calculation rules.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
• Hands-on experience with FDMEE, ODI, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data management and troubleshooting.
• Experience with HFM, Essbase, Smart View, and Hyperion Reporting (HFR).
• Knowledge of Essbase ASO/BSO, MaxL scripting, and performance tuning.
