Job summary

Qualifications

• 10th or 12th standard qualification; basic education preferred.
• Fast learner with cooperative attitude.
• Physical strength for lifting and moving items.
• Basic safety awareness and good record-keeping.
• Teamwork and willingness to follow instructions.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on helper experience in warehouse.
• Basic English reading ability for safety and inventory notes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading, unloading and organizing goods.
• Maintain stock movement and inventory records.
• Support team to improve operational efficiency.
• Pack, label and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness, 5S and safety in the warehouse.
• Assist in stock arrangement and inventory counting.
• Follow supervisors’ instructions.
• Report damage or shortage immediately.
• Keep stock records updated.
• Follow safety steps while lifting or moving materials.
• Label products properly and place in correct storage area.
• Perform quick quality and quantity checks before dispatch.
• Update inventory, receipts and basic paperwork on time.
• Transport materials to storage areas or production sites.
• Assist in pallet wrapping using pallet wrapping machine.
• Adhere to FIFO when transferring materials.
• Assist in dispatch activities to meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 1) Assist in daily warehouse operations including loading, unloading, and organizing goods.
• 2) Maintain accurate records of stock movement and inventory.
• 3) Support team members in achieving operational efficiency.
• 4) Pack, label, and prepare goods for dispatch.
• 5) Maintain cleanliness,5S and Safety inside the warehouse.
• 6) Assist in stock arrangement and inventory counting activities.
• 7) Follow the instructions from supervisors.
• 8) Report any damage or shortage immediately.
• 9) Keep stock and material records updated regularly
• 10) Follow proper safety steps while lifting or moving materials
• 11) Label products properly and place items in the correct storage area
• 12) Do quick quality and quantity checks before dispatching goods
• 13) Update inventory, receipts, and basic paperwork on time
• 14) Transport the materials to specified storage areas or production sites following the operational timelines
• 15) Assist in loaded Pallets wrapping by using Pallet wrapping machine
• 16) Adhere to the FIFO system when transferring materials from the warehouse.
• 17) Assist in Dispatch activity to achieve the delivery deadlines.

Requirements
