Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Helpdesk Senior Representative - ITIL in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The role involves providing L1 technical guidance via phone, email, and chat to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues for customers.

You will liaise between customers and the Client Infrastructure team, using strong troubleshooting skills and good communication. Availability for rotational shifts and in-office work is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Graduate and able to work in rotational shifts with 24x7 support window.
• Provide L1 technical guidance for identification, prioritization and resolution of reported problems.
• Good troubleshooting knowledge of Windows, hardware, MS Office and COTS apps.

Job description & Requirements:

• Provide L1 technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization & resolution of reported problems through Phone, Email & Chat.
• Typically, the associate level participates in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customers & departments within the Client Infrastructure.
• Good troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office & COTS applications etc.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, bug-finding, and resolution
• Ability to work independently within a diverse global team
• Must be a Graduate.
• Good communication skills with international calling experience
• Good comprehension & writing skills
• Must possess excellent customer handling skills
• Should be comfortable to work in rotational shift with 24x7 support window
• Mandate work from office.
