Job summary

Right Move is seeking a Helpdesk Coordinator in Pune to support IT staff, manage help desk operations, and ensure timely problem resolution across 3 locations for over 300 users.

The role requires 1+ years of experience in IT helpdesk, ITSM/ITCM tools, remote troubleshooting, and strong ticketing skills; US shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience into Helpdesk Coordinator, ITSM and ITCM tools, Troubleshooting, Ticketing tool.

Responsibilities

• Support IT staff members on support work
• Manage Help Desk responsibility and resource allocation to maintain more than 300 users in 3 locations.
• Handle routine Help Desk calls to ensure timely resolution as per Senior Management's Service Level Agreement.
• Monitor help desk calls in-person and through email, chat, and phone.
• Answer help desk lines and troubleshoot through remotely as documented procedures.
• Good knowledge of ticketing tool and reports preparation in ITSM and ITCM tools,
• Prepare and provide insight of ticketing and service request.
• Solve routine issues and elevate complex issues based on priority.
• Input problems and resolutions into standardized company support center application.
• Develop, execute, and follow IT operational policies, standards and work instructions for customer support.
