• Load and unload castings, components, or materials into treatment furnaces.
• Interpret technical specifications and computer data to set heating cycles.
• Adjust furnace controls to achieve required hardness, strength, and durability in metals and alloys.
• Measure and record temperatures, cycle times, and treatment results.
• Maintain strict safety protocols in high-temperature environments.
• Inspect equipment regularly and perform routine maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot furnace or process issues and recommend corrective actions.
