Evidence of strong interpersonal skills in order to establish credibility with colleagues and senior management and to foster effective working relations with a wide range of senior internal, client and external contacts Knowledge and understanding of Internationally recognized HSSE Management systems Results orientated with a strong focus on the delivery of objectives, including an ability to provide creative and innovative solutions based on a sound understanding of business requirements. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to deal with all people at all organizational levels, internally and externally. Ability to work unsupervised and take positive action to resolve issues on own initiative. Computer literate with a knowledge of commonly used software programs, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to research and produce management information and specialist reports making recommendations as appropriate. Good organisational skills with the ability to balance competing demands and to meet deadlines.
