Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Security Officer to manage on-site security operations, monitor access control, CCTV and incident response in a mall environment. You will coordinate with local authorities, conduct safety drills, and maintain records while upholding JLL's standards of service and ethics.

The role involves daily briefing of security staff, handling complaints, and ensuring safety for shoppers and tenants.

Qualifications

• Handling Security manpower and documentation.
• Training staff on basic firefighting.
• Managing on-site security including CCTV, access control and alarms.
• Responding to incidents and investigations with emergency helpline.
• Attending meetings, trainings and security drills.

Handling the Security Manpower and documentation. Training for the staff about basic firefighting. Handling the Customer complaints, Labour movement, and Guest movement and verifying the bills. To monitor for exceptions on site & respond to: Panic Alarm, Fire Alarm, and PA system. Responds to incidents & Investigating Matters, Emergency Helpline calls, and Information request calls. Attending the meetings, trainings and participate in the Security drills. Managing all records of Security. Daily Briefing of Security Staff. Liaisioning with State Police Authorities/ other government agencies regarding security matters. Maintain & Manage Security manpower, CCTV, Access Control and all security related equipment’s.
