Job summary

SEREXIA Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Health Economic Modeler to design and build cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and other economic models. The role supports market access, HTA submissions, and commercialization strategies across multiple therapeutic areas.

You will adapt global models for local India submissions, conduct probabilistic analyses, and collaborate with statisticians, RWE specialists, and evidence synthesis teams. A strong background in health economics is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years hands-on health economic modeling experience.
• Proficiency with Excel/VBA mandatory; TreeAge, R or Python preferred.
• Strong understanding of economic evaluation frameworks (NICE, ICER, HAS, PBAC).
• Knowledge of survival modeling, Markov models, and partitioned survival models.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Health Economic Modeler who can independently design and build cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and other economic models to support market access, HTA submissions, and commercialization strategies across multiple therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop de novo economic models including CEA, CUA, and BIA.
• Adapt global models for local country submissions (localization).
• Conduct sensitivity analyses, scenario analyses, and probabilistic analyses.
• Interpret clinical and economic data to inform model assumptions and inputs.
• Develop technical model reports and communication materials for clients and HTA submissions.
• Collaborate with statisticians, RWE specialists, and evidence synthesis teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5-6 years of hands-on health economic modeling experience.
• Proficiency with modeling tools (Excel/VBA mandatory; TreeAge, R, or Python preferred).
• Strong understanding of economic evaluation frameworks (NICE, ICER, HAS, PBAC, etc.).
• Knowledge of survival modeling, Markov models, and partitioned survival models.
• Degree in any discipline if you understand the principles of HTA, health economics, decision modelling, and challenges of non-HTA healthcare systems.
