We’re hiring a Head Coach for the Bengaluru Torpedoes Volleyball Academy.

Your role

You’ll lead the academy’s technical direction, mentor coaches and build training programs that actually move the needle. You’ll be responsible for developing players across age groups, creating a model that reflects the Torpedoes' identity, and setting standards on and off the court. You’ll manage sessions, oversee athlete progress, and work closely with management to keep the academy aligned with our long‑term vision.
