Qualifications

• Strong understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks relevant to trusts, compliance, and risk management.
• Proven stakeholder management with beneficiaries, partners, and senior leadership.
• Ability to develop and implement policies, processes, and controls that enhance transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and documentation.
• Prior leadership experience in financial services, legal, corporate governance, or related sectors is advantageous.
• Academic background in law, finance, or business administration; advanced governance certifications are advantageous.

The Head – Trusteeship will analyze performance data, identify risks, and implement controls to safeguard assets. In addition, this role will mentor team members, coordinate audits, and provide regular updates to senior leadership on trust operations and strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and governance capabilities, with experience overseeing trusteeship, fiduciary responsibilities, or asset management functions.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks relevant to trusts, compliance, and risk management.
• Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, including communication with beneficiaries, partners, and senior leadership.
• Proficiency in analytical thinking, financial interpretation, and decision-making based on data and risk assessments.
