Job Description
- Develop and enhance the Group Sustainability Framework, including policies, management standards, technical standards, guidance notes, and SOPs.
- Translate global sustainability standards into actionable group‑wide policies.
- Define long‑term ESG vision, KPIs, targets, and maturity pathways.
- Lead materiality assessments and integrate priority areas into business strategy.
- Embed sustainability across the full lifecycle‑supply chain, projects (ESIA/ESDD), product/brand sustainability, and M&A.
- Partner with business heads, SMEs, consultants, and assurance bodies to ensure effective implementation.
- Drive capability building through learning frameworks, e‑modules, workshops, and classroom‑led interventions.
- Monitor conformance, build analytical tools, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships and service arrangements with auditors, consultants, and technical providers.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate brings 14‑18 years of deep sustainability or ESG experience, with strong expertise in at least one core domain (Environment, Health, or Safety). They understand global sustainability standards, can collaborate effectively with SMEs and senior leaders, and excel at translating complex requirements into practical frameworks. Strong problem‑solving skills, thought leadership, program management, and stakeholder influence are critical to succeed in this strategic role.
