Responsibilities

• Review, revise and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee procurement of raw materials, equipment, and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels to support production and sales requirements.
• Implement inventory control systems to minimize shortages and excess stock.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to customers.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and freight service providers.
• Work closely with production, sales, finance, and operations teams.
• Ensure smooth coordination between procurement, manufacturing, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and manage the supply chain budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain network.
• Monitor logistics and procurement expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for procurement, shipments, and contracts.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team including procurement, logistics, and warehouse staff
