Job summary

Atharv Consultants seeks an AVP / Sr GM - Operations for Specialty Chemicals to lead the manufacturing plant, directing production, engineering, maintenance, SCM and EHS, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Collaborate with QA, QC, HR and Regulatory Affairs to resolve bottlenecks, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across the plant. 15+ years of Formulation Mfg. experience and relevant degrees are required.

Qualifications

• Qualifications include B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.E. (Mechanical or Chemical).
• Fifteen-plus years in formulation manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee overall manufacturing plant operations including production, engineering, maintenance, SCM and EHS.
