The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing service teams, handling escalations, and ensuring accountability for pending cases, with a track record of improving service metrics.

• Experience in managing service schedules, technician allocation, customer escalations, and pending service cases.
• Strong understanding of service KPIs and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the service coordination team and ensure smooth day-to-day service operations.
• Plan and monitor service schedules and technician allocation for timely customer support.
• Drive on-time service completion and continually improve service turnaround time.
• Monitor and follow up on pending service cases until closure.
• Handle and resolve customer escalations to maintain satisfaction.
• Track service performance via KPIs such as Response Time, Turnaround Time, Pending Cases, FTR, and On-Time Completion.
• Coordinate with Service, Sales, Stores, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical improvements to efficiency.
• Maintain regular reporting for management on performance and critical cases.
