Qualifications

• 18–20 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing of Minerals / Process Chemicals.
• Proven expertise in managing business in National and International markets.
• Strong ability to drive and sustain B2B business across geographies.
• Experience selling Quartz Powder and Quartz Grits, Fused Silica, Cristobalite products.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, business development and marketing for the JV entity.
• Develop and nurture national and international customer bases across geographies.
• Drive growth strategies and market penetration for minerals products.
• Mentor and build a high-performance sales and marketing team.
