Job summary

Fact Personnel in Ahmedabad is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead R&D, Quality Control, Technical Services and Regulatory Affairs for Specialty Resins. You will drive business development initiatives across market segments and oversee formulation development.

The role requires deep expertise in polymer chemistry and additives, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate complex science to non-technical stakeholders while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Process Scale Up and New Product Development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the R&D strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead development of new resin formulations, including Polyester Resins, acrylic polyols, specialty acrylates, polyester polyols, PU, TPU, modified Silicons, Speciality Adhesives, PUD.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams; manage R&D budget and knowledge sharing.
• Provide scientific leadership.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Manager with extensive expertise in the synthesis of resins The ideal candidate will lead R&D, Quality Control, Technical Services, and Regulatory Affairs for Speciality Resins' products while contributing to business development initiatives across various market segments.

Requirements

• o Must possess expertise in a broad range of research/technical solutions in the field of Polymer Chemistry, Specialty Chemicals & Additives, Process Scale Up, New Product Development and Technical Application Support to Customer. Passionate about emerging markets, exploring unmet needs and deliver appropriate timely solutions to support Business Needs.

Key Deliverables

• Strategic Responsibilities : Develop and implement the R&D strategy aligned with the company's goals, focusing on innovation in composite & coating resins for various applications.
• Product Development: Lead the development of new resin formulations, including Polyester Resins, acrylic polyols, specialty acrylates, polyester polyols, PU, TPU, modified Silicons, Speciality Adhesives, PUD. Develop innovative formulations to enhance performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Work closely with Cross functional Team, Manage R & Budget, foster Knowledge Share Culture,
• Provide Scientific Leadership.
