Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new resin-based products aligned with local market requirements and business strategy.
• Design, formulate, and validate innovative resin systems for construction chemical applications.
• Continuously improve existing resin products to enhance performance, durability, application properties, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and implement formulation optimization initiatives to reduce product cost without compromising performance or quality.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, batch consistency, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Standardize manufacturing parameters and establish robust process controls.
• Manage and optimize premix formulations used in resin manufacturing.
• Ensure premix quality, consistency, and standardization across all production batches.
• Execute Stage-Gate activities for all New Product Development projects.
• Prepare project plans, conduct laboratory evaluations, pilot trials, and commercial validation.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, Procurement, Production, and Quality throughout the product development cycle.
• Ensure timely commercialization of approved products.
• Lead technical investigations for customer complaints related to all resin products.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using appropriate quality tools.
• Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Provide technical support to the Jhagadia manufacturing team for resin production.
• Participate in production trials, process validation, and troubleshooting activities.

Job description

Role Purpose

To Lead and Complete Technical Support on Resin products at Jhagadia Plant by driving new product development, product upgrades, formulation optimization, process improvements, cost optimization, complaint resolution, and ensuring smooth premix management for commercial production.

Key Responsibilities

Resin Product Development

• Lead the development of new resin-based products aligned with local market requirements and business strategy.
• Design, formulate, and validate innovative resin systems for construction chemical applications.

Product Upgradation

• Continuously improve existing resin products to enhance performance, durability, application properties, and customer satisfaction

Cost Optimization

• Identify and implement formulation optimization initiatives to reduce product cost without compromising performance or quality

Process Optimization

• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, batch consistency, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Standardize manufacturing parameters and establish robust process controls.

Premix Management – Jhagadia Plant
