Trading Strategy & Execution

• Lead generation of actionable trading ideas including long/short opportunities, onshore/offshore arbitrage and roll strategies.
• Oversee execution using both algorithmic and non-algorithmic methods, ensuring strong controls and zero-error execution.
• Drive trading discipline, execution quality and risk awareness across the desk.

Liaising with Regulator & Exchanges

• Work closely with regulators, exchanges and relevant intermediaries in line with evolving business and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong external connectivity with market infrastructure participants.

Market Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor market trends and identify trading opportunities aligned with client interests.
• Oversee preparation and distribution of analytical and data-driven reports to clients.
• Maintain periodic MIS and dashboards for internal and client-facing reporting.

Client Engagement & Communication

• Manage senior client relationships and day-to-day interactions through Bloomberg, email and other communication channels.
• Strengthen client engagement to support client satisfaction, franchise growth and revenue generation.
• Partner with sales, dealing, compliance, operations and technology teams for seamless business delivery.
