IBISP IFSC Pvt Ltd (Gift Street Capital) seeks an experienced financial-markets professional to join senior management and oversee trading operations while supporting investment-management development.

The role involves supervising risk controls, establishing governance frameworks and taking on Principal Officer responsibilities for PMS/FME, contingent on IFSCA eligibility and approval.

Competenze

• 4–10+ years in investment management, portfolio risk or institutional trading.
• Strong understanding of derivatives and risk controls.
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment is required.
• Familiarity with PMS/FME and international markets desirable.

We are seeking an experienced financial-markets professional to join our senior management team and help oversee our existing trading operations while supporting the development of our investment-management business.

IBISP IFSC operates in proprietary trading, market making and broker-dealer activities across international derivatives markets. We are also developing our PMS/FME business and broader investment-management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee trading risk, positions, limits, margin utilisation and operational controls.
• Supervise trading operations, exchange and clearing relationships, reconciliations and management reporting.
• Work closely with our trading, compliance and technology teams to strengthen risk systems and operational infrastructure.
• Assume the role of Principal Officer for our PMS/FME business, subject to IFSCA eligibility and approval.
• Help establish the governance, risk and operating framework for future investment-management activities.

Ideal Candidate

• 4–10+ years' relevant experience in investment management, portfolio risk, institutional trading, derivatives or fund operations.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading risk and investment-management processes.
• Experience in a regulated financial-services environment.
• Familiarity with international derivatives markets and exchange-traded futures/options is highly desirable.
• Relevant professional qualifications and experience suitable for an IFSCA Principal Officer appointment.
• A hands-on, commercially aware individual comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial organisation.
