Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a multinational client to establish and scale a new India Technology Hub/GCC in Mumbai. You will join the leadership team to shape enterprise-wide digital transformation and build high-performing, cross-functional teams across Digital, ERP, Data & AI, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.

Job Description

• Establish and scale the India Technology Hub/GCC.
• Define the operating model, governance framework, and delivery strategy.
• Build and lead high-performing teams across Digital, ERP, Applications, Data & AI, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Engineering Technology.
• Partner with global business and technology leaders to expand capabilities and transition services.
• Drive modernization, transformation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure strong stakeholder management, service quality, and cost efficiency.
• Develop leadership talent and create a scalable organization for future growth.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience building and scaling a GCC, Digital Hub, GBS, or Technology Center from inception.
• Leadership background within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, consumer products, chemicals, life sciences, or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated success in establishing operating models, governance structures, and global delivery capabilities.
• Strong experience managing global stakeholders and leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Ability to build high-performing teams and develop future leaders.
• Executive-level communication, influencing, and organizational leadership skills.
