Job summary

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business and product objectives
• Lead solution architecture for scalable fintech products
• Drive end-to-end product engineering, delivery, and software quality
• Provide technical leadership across Development, DevOps, Product and Implementation teams
• Evaluate feasibility, build POCs, and resolve complex challenges hands-on when required
• Drive AI/ML adoption to improve product capabilities and automation
• Establish security, data protection, and compliance across initiatives
• Own cloud architecture across AWS/Azure including availability, monitoring, and cost optimization
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, release engineering, and reliable deployment practices
• Establish architecture governance and coding standards
• Collaborate with implementation teams for client integrations
• Participate in client pitches and pre-sales engagements
• Identify new technologies and platforms for innovation

Skills

• 12+ years of overall technology experience, with strong Technical Architecture and

leadership experience

• Strong experience in Fintech, Lending/Loan solutions, LOS, and B2B applications.
• Strong understanding of Product Engineering, Microservices, SOA, database design, and scalable system architecture.
• Experience in PHP, Python, Kotlin, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL/MongoDB, AWS/Azure, and ELK/observability tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at senior and client levels.
