Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Delivery: Lead the design and execution of end-to-end strategic Finance programs (e.g., Purchase To Pay tool implementation, EPM implementation, Process Optimization).
• Governance & Risk Management: Implement and maintain governance frameworks and reporting standards; monitor project performance, manage dependencies, and escalate risks or delays when needed; oversee financial tracking, budget management, and resource planning.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership: Act as a key point of contact for project sponsors and executive stakeholders; drive alignment across business functions and geographies; contribute to the broader Finance transformation narrative; ensure effective change management practices are embedded into all core projects; collaborate with the Change Management team to support training, communication, and user adoption activities; champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Must Have

• Experience: 12–15 years in project or program management, ideally within a Finance Transformation or Consulting environment (Big 4); strong understanding of Finance processes and systems (Sage X3, Basware, Board knowledge is a plus).
• Project Skills: Solid background in governance, budget tracking, risk management, and cross-functional coordination; proven experience in managing large-scale Finance transformation programs; proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, PRINCE2).
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and complex projects across international and matrixed organizations.
• Mindset: Strategic thinker with strong operational execution; thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; fluent in English and comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
